STRUCTURE OF VALUES OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS USING TECHNOLOGY DATA MINING

Research is devoted to identifying the highest priority values for students of economic specialties universities using technology Data Mining. On the basis of k - means for the entire sample of students surveyed was divided into five clusters. According to the results of the study revealed the heterogeneity of value priorities among students on a number of criteria. The most important value for all respondents favor health, but other value orientations there is a substantial range of opinions. So , for the representatives of the 1st cluster are dominant wealth. For representatives of cluster 2 important education and independence. Representatives of the third cluster unwilling depend on others, but at the same time are responsible for life. Representatives of the 4th cluster appreciate an active life, and representatives of the cluster 5 puts emphasis on family life, honesty and responsibility. Also in assessing areas of social life appear gender-specific. For example, students predominate terminal values, and students - instrumental. Women achieve higher value and preserve their individuality. Men unlike them appreciate more the value of material well-being. Analysis of results of value orientations of modern youth shows a shift in emphasis on material values.
