The article considers the concept of «culture» and «organization». Identify the main components of culture gave the opportunity to stay in one common notion of «organizational culture». Definition of the terms «group», «team», «team» allowed the object of article receiving social community, such as «the group». The experimental part is devoted to the diagnosis of culture and the identification of the main components of its influence and diagnostics of socio-psychological adaptation, as a factor responsible for the effectiveness of the training. Methods allowed us to assess the capacity and determine the level of culture, and also to determine the psychological atmosphere in the group. To determine whether the relationship between the characteristics of the organizational culture and the training efficiency rank correlation method was used. By results of the given conclusions and some recommendations for improvement of the organizational culture in the student group.
