THE ANALYSIS OF DIFFICULTIES OF INNOVATIVE PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY IN SYSTEM OF THE GENERAL EDUCATION IN MODERN CONDITIONS

The last decades for Russian education became the period of cardinal transformations. Now process of violation of balance of traditions and innovations in the course of education system reforming is even more often observed. Thus, the contradiction between practical requirement of development of innovative psychological and pedagogical activity and existing conditions of introduction of innovations for educational institutions and an education system as a whole is observed. Innovative psychological and pedagogical activity is connected with transition to qualitatively other condition, with audit of outdated norms and provisions, roles, and often and with their revision. Innovations, as a rule, appear isn´t single, and in total, and then the whole innovative massif is formed. A certain part realized in establishments of the general education of psychological and pedagogical innovations in long-term prospect allows, having quantitatively and qualitatively increased intellectual potential of the most educational institution, to increase quality of the graduate, considering, social and economic requirements of society.
