TEACHERS RESEARCH POSITION

The article deals with such important characteristic of teacher’s personality as a research position. The analysis of existing studies of professionally important qualities of the personality of the teacher presented in the literature showed that not much attention was paid to a holistic description of the research position of the teacher as an important characteristic of his personality. The characteristics of the research position of the teacher were chosen as a subject of study. The content of those characteristics was allocated on the teacher were chosen as a subject of study. It is noted that the research position in a situation of uncertainty allows teacher to find the ways out of uncertainty, and thereby saves his professional health.
