The importance of using a new conceptual approach to the study the attributes of professional success is reviewed in the article. The basis of this scientific paradigm are the principles of integrity and sustainable development, while maintaining the trend from monosystemic study of the success attributes to polysystemic knowledge about success, as value and sence-bearing education. This is reflected in the compilation, systematization and integration of theoretical material that later became the basis for the strategy of empirical studies of the «success» phenomenon. The conceptual approach has allowed to carry out a comprehensive study of three-component (micro, mesa and macro level) structure of the success attribution of future professionals. The result of the study allowed to determine objective measures of the dynamics «I am successful» identity formation. Integrated diagnostics of the students’ success attributes allowed to define the presence of groups of psychological structures that provide the necessary professional self success. Therefore the existence of a number of psychological conditions, the implementation of which leads to the formation of the model of success during the process of professional maturity is concluded in the article.
