PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF PC STUDENTS BECOMING IN THE CLUB ACTIVITY

The approach to research of psychological personal culture and its basic characteristics were defined. The role of PC was substantiated in the system of professional competence of expert. It was marked that PC, being defined in common cultural and professional personal competences, assigned a specific meaning of humanistic and ecological orientation to itself and to the world. Axiological component of PC was analyzed in the meaning of student’s value systems. Psychological and pedagogical PC student’s becoming conditions were defined. It was fined out that actualization of PC upgrade problems and its solution by work could be carried out in the terms of club activity in the common process of PC student’s becoming. Organizational, methodological and psycho technological supporting of software realization was discovered.
