VALUE OF THE VALUABLE EXCHANGE IN THE COURSE OF TEAM FORMATION

The specified concepts “value”, “metavalue”, “valuable exchange”, “team”, “organizational culture” are presented in article. The theoretical model of a valuable exchange is presented. Values are shown in the behavioural models based on valuable orientations in which integrative function is put. Here the aim to make values a trait of character of team and organizational culture is pursued. Divided values closely connect and form each aspect of team activity and act as one of bases of formation of qualities of members of team, their orientation and professional competence. Process of realization of values happens in the form of a valuable contribution of each member of team as a whole. The value of team work makes a basis of organizational culture which is characterized by some features, such as: creation of leadership, negotiating, resolution of conflicts, team communications, etc. When forming command values these features are the center of team activity and are characterized by polydirectional action.
