DECISION-MAKING BY TEAM: PROCEDURAL MODEL

The specified concepts “team”, “organizational culture”, “decision-making” are presented in article. The main stages of modeling are allocated. The theoretical model of process of decision-making is presented by team. As major factors of decision-making in model the following elements are allocated: motive, the purpose, choice of ways, the forecast, straight lines and the feedback influencing process of decision-making by team and designing of future actions of her members. The special attention in model is paid to straight lines and the feedback creating new functions and properties in system. Process of team interaction is presented to models by a complex of straight lines and feedback which provide its integrity, stability and development.
