COMMUNICATIVE CULTURE OF A SPECIALIST SERVICE AS A FACTOR OF SUCCESSFUL SOCIALIZATION IN THE PROFESSIONAL SPHERE

Socio - economic relations, political system, national traditions in society dictate the high requirements to the specialist in the field of service, his professional level. In modern conditions the communicative culture is the basis of successful professional socialization and can be considered as a system of personal capabilities needed to build effective ways of promotion. For effective communication of specialists of the service is characteristic of a better understanding of the situation and the subject of communication, mutual understanding between the partners, which contributes to the achievement of the objectives, provides the resolution of problems and the best use of resources. Communicative culture - an important condition for effective service activities. It involves the ability to strategically and tactically to build their relations with the participants of the communication, based on their knowledge and skills to apply means of communication (verbal and nonverbal), skill to use the features of the communicative process, interpretation communicative types of partners, techniques of influence. The question of the development of programs aimed at formation of a block of personal communicative skills, facilitating communicative competence and socialization of the future specialists in the sphere of services, and lack of complete system of the modern practice of socio-communicative work in the Institute of higher education is quite important.
