REFLEXIVE-CREATIVE WORKSHOP FOR PREVENTING PROFESSIONAL DISADAPTATION AND DEVIATIVE TENDENCIES OF SPECIALISTS

Professional disadaptation is considered as a crisis of personal-professional development and integral quality of a deviant personality with a disorder of adaptive behaviour responses. Deviative tendencies are described as manifestations of pathocharacterological traits, loss of professionally important qualities and deviation from professional norms (standards). Constructive overcoming the crisis is possible in the process of organizational learning or retraining. For the prevention and correction of negative phenomena of professional life the author suggests using reflective-creative workshop.It is aimed at leveling the destructive behaviour patterns and non-constructive coping strategies, as well at harmonizing of the style of professional activities in general.The accent is made on the development of professional reflection and anticipation during quasi-professional activity that reproduces what happens in real situations of professional life.
