PSYCHOLOGIKAL PORTRAITS OF THE SOCIO-TECHNICAL PROFESSION

Created a psychological portrait of the profession such as the example of socio-technical professions such as the operator to obtain a continuous glass fiber, the operator making a roll - construction materials stacked - packer, trucker. The basic professionally important qualities of the person, tmperament within the socio-technical work. Special attention was paid to making professional activity as a professional motivation, satisfaction with work responsibilities, the adaptive abilities of the individual, neuro-psychological stability, communicative features, as well as moral responsibility. All of these parameters allow to succeed in the workforce. Were analyzed according to a number of personal and professional qualities of age, experience and education of employees in the workplace.
