LABILE AND FLEXIBLE THINKING AS A FACTOR OF THE TECH-SAVVY PERSON

One of the priority (foreground) directions of development of Russian education in recent years has been the development and improvement of conditions for identifying and supporting talented and gifted children. Talent is a unique combination of abilities that affect the ability to achieve a greater or lesser success in a particular activity. In this regard, one of the objectives of the education system is to identify potentially gifted children and to organize systematic work with them. In the article the problem of the development of technical talent of the individual is viewed. Factors that contribute to the development of technical skills are identified . Professionally important qualities of technical professions are technical mentality, developed spatial thinking and imagination, a high level of concentration distribution and attention switching, flexibility of thinking, good eye. One of the factors in the development of technical thinking are: lability, flexibility and fluency. Development lability, flexibility and fluency of thinking will contribute to the development of technical abilities of the individual.
