The article is devoted to studying of the peculiarities of teachers-psychologists’ professional self-actualization under conditions of small towns. The theoretical analysis of approaches to the notion ‘self-actualization’ was done, axiological meaningful basis were considered, the peculiarities of teachers-psychologists’ professional activity in small towns were characterized, criteria of their professional self-actualization defined. The conceptual definition of notion professional self-actualization was formulated. The results of empirical investigation devoted to the peculiarities of teachers-psychologists’ professional self-actualization from a small town were analyzed. The values of inactivity and feasibility are axiological meaningful basis of teachers-psychologists’ professional self-actualization. As the meaningful constituent of self-actualization is the purpose of vital function.
