VERBAL ERRORS OF COMMUNICATION IN PEDAGOGICAL INTERACTION

The author investigated verbal errors of communication of the teachers, acting in the form of communicative reactions which interfere, disturb effective pedagogical interaction. The diagnostic tools are developed for studying of verbal mistakes at teachers. Respondents were offered to write those stereotypic statements, remarks, the expressions, separate words which interfere with achievement of effective professional and pedagogical activity, creation to favorable, comfortable pedagogical interaction with colleagues, the parents, a «new» class, with pupils at different stages of carrying out educational occupation (at the beginning of occupations, when checking homework, at an explanation of a new subject, at the end of occupations), and also out of occupations. Mathematical processing of empirical data was carried out on each type of interaction. Communicative reactions of teachers were exposed to classification, on each of which the sum of statements was counted. Research allowed to reveal that as verbal mistakes at teachers undeserved charges and criticism act at communication with the colleagues, a boring moralization in work with parents, orders and teams at lessons with «a new class», verbal sympathy to pupils out of occupations. The analysis of verbal errors of communication at teachers in interaction with different subjects of educational process allowed to define that frequent threats and preventions are most often shown.
