This article described the current state of development of voluntary regulation in young, middle, older preschool ages. Attempts to highlight the issues of early formation of voluntary regulation determines the development of pre-school children basic personal characteristics that affect their success in primary school. Provides specific data values indicating the development of voluntary regulation in young, middle and senior school age are at a low level. Detailed description of the results of this research advanced by the state in the article the problem. It is assumed that it is directly related to the systematic training of children in elementary school, which determines its positive side in the early stages of learning activities.
