THE CONTRADICTORY SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PERSONALITY AS THE BASIS OF VICTIM BEHAVIOR OF STUDENTS

This article discusses the problem of a high level of self-destructive behavior among students. The analysis of the definitions of victimization and social-psychological factors propensity for victim behavior of students is given. In order to describe the socio-psychological characteristics of students who are prone to victim behavior, empirical research undertaken. Detected that several personal conflicts serves as the reason for their predisposition to become a victim of negative environmental factors. Highlights the key features of the personality of students who are prone to victim behavior , such as reducing the criticality of reflexivity, consistency in decision-making, the ability to predict the situation and use logic, a lack of understanding of their own motives and behavior, worsening of emotional and behavioral control , awareness of their positions , a relaxed attitude to liabilities , not for a willingness to recognize some, even small defects, and reduced personal protection, as a result of which turn out to be higher samoobvinitelnye, autoaggressive tendency, a tendency to «make themselves look bad».
