The analysis of the relationship peculiarities of the adoption of the regulations of the scope of the rights and level of development of individual representatives of legal awareness of modern students enrolled in technical, educational and humanitarian directions of educational preparation. Taken into account the following characteristics adoption of legal norms: the willingness of individuals to implement lawful behavior in the legally relevant situations, the specifics of their relationship to the legal side of the rule of law. The ratio of students to the applicable legal standards determined by the age and psychological characteristics and the specifics of the educational and professional environment to which they belong. At the initial stages of educational training of the functionality of legal norms poorly differentiated in the minds of individuals, on the later stages of training standards are beginning to be seen in the context of the regulation of various social interactions and successful implementation of the future professional activity.
