INTERRELATIONOF CHARACTERISTICS SELF CONCEPT HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS TPARAMETERS OF ADAPTATION TO THE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

The paper presents theresults of an empiricalstudy on the relationshipcharacteristics of theself-conceptof older adolescentsand indicatorsof adaptation tothe educational environment ofthe school.The problemis studied inthe context ofpsycho-pedagogical supportof senior pupils toadaptthe educational environmentof the institution andtreatedwith internal and externalpositions inrelation to the individualsenior high school student. The concepts of “self-concept”, “educational environment” and “adaptation” is analyzed in terms of the irrelationship to positions of educational psychology. It is established that there are stable interrelation characteristics ofan emerging self-concept among high school students and indicators of their adaptation to the educational environment of the school. For a positive school adaptation is important, not only high school students a positive self-concept, but also the processes of intrapersonal confrontations as sociated with a negative attitude to yourself in certain situations, indicating that stressadaptation processes.
