The results of research of professional health formation of young managers at a stage of adaptation to professional activity are given. The following questions were studied: the process of adaptation of young managers on a workplace; the symptoms of stress most often observed by young managers; the risk factors, negatively influencing health, which are connected with professional activity; the criteria for successful adaptation; health place in the value system of young managers. The research of the psychological criteria for efficiency of going through the adaptation process by young managers showed: major factors of risk of the professional activity, negatively influencing health, according to young managers opinion, can be difficulties in relationships at work; in addition health takes the third place after such values, as «Love» and «Happy family life» in the value system of managers. Managers observe the feeling of the fatigue, the increased irritability, muscular tension among stress symptoms. As the main criteria of successful adaptation managers name the quality of communication with colleagues and high level of professional achievements.
