DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONAL POTENTIAL OF SUBJECTS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL SECURITY

The analysis of the problem of psychological security and personal potential has been implemented. Author offers a model of personal potential of subjects of psychological security presented by three interrelated aspects: the «static», «dynamic» and the aspect of performance. On the basis of the presented model of personal potential subjects of psychological security developed a training program, one of the main tasks of which is to develop life-meaningful orientations, assisting in the realization of the goals, values, entities, facilitating the personal growth needed to overcome the difficulties, threats and threats of different genesis. In the article are submitted the results of diagnostics of a person’s potential as a subject of psychological security, conducted in the beginning, at the end of training and three months after its completion. The obtained results allow to conclude that the developed model of personal potential of the subject of psychological security is not contrary to the majority of work in this sphere, allows to organize the available representations, select the variables that play a crucial role to ensure the psychological security. The proposed model and the experimental data substantiate the necessity of the account of personal potential, to ensure the psychological safety of the subject, that allows to follow the whole «path» of the emergence, maintenance and development of psychological safety: from potential to balance the characteristics of the subject (and their interaction) and proper to his psychological security.
