CORRELATION OF CULTURALIZATION AND SELF-REALIZATION PROCESSES IN TECHNICAL UNIVERSETY TEACHER’S ACTIVITY

Culturalization mechanism and its importance for the process of person self-realization in scientific and technical activities are observed in the article. Psychological content and nature of culturalization mechanism in scientific and technical activities are revealed. It has studied the mechanism influence to the process of specialist self-realization in scientific and technical activities, choices the certain ways of interaction in professional area that ensure the best, in his opinion, development and realization of one’s potential. There were analyzed the results of empirical research directed to study the degree of satisfaction with necessary cultural characteristics inside professional area among technical college specialists. Basic requirements to culturalization process in scientific and technical activities were declared.
