FACTORS OF INTRAPERSONAL CONFLICTS IN THE CONTEXT OF PROFESSIONAL BURNOUT

The article deals with factors of intrapersonal conflict in the context professional burnout of teachers. The results of experimental research aimed at study of peculiarities of experience of teachers’ intrapersonal conflict evidence of professional burnout. The analysis of the results proved that factors of intrapersonal conflicts in the context of professional burnout are: «emotional burnout», «self-attitude», «divisive personal tendencies’», «individual peculiarities». Professional burnout is shown intensively by teachers with affective experience of intrapersonal conflicts. Their self-attitude is more negative, dependence, inferiority, suspicion, egoism, trait and state anxiety, emotional instability, low self-evaluation, inferiority complexes and low indices of emotional –volitional manifestation are also characteristic to them. The received data make possibility for rising the efficiency of psychological help organization for teachers that undergo intrapersonal conflicts of professional burnout.
