ADAPTATION PROBLEM OF FOREIGN STUDENTS AS A PROBLEM OF ADAPTATION ACTIVITIES SUBJECT TO VARIOUS CONDITIONS

Analyzed is the state of research on the problems of adaptation of foreign students in Russia and in the CIS countries (on the example of Ukraine). Formed the sample for the pilot study, consisting of 100 students from Vietnam, China, Egypt, Cyprus, Mongolia, Iraq, India, Germany, Iran, Ghana, Colombia, Ecuador (66 boys and 34 girls). For comparison, the main problems of adaptation of foreign students from various regions of and foreign students studying in Tomsk Polytechnic University, conducted a pilot study (survey-based) in ИМОЯК TPU. Determined that there are significant differences on various indicators of adaptation as between boys and girls and between students from different countries. In addition, revealed the existence of the same problems connected with adaptation of foreign students to various regions of Russia and CIS countries.
